Revive Salon & Spa is a full-service beauty salon in Westlands, Nairobi, offering haircuts, colouring, braiding, nail services, and facial treatments. Founded and run by Amina, a skilled stylist with a loyal base of repeat clients built entirely through personal referrals.
The salon had everything it needed to grow — excellent service, a beautiful space, and a talented team. What it lacked was a marketing system to translate that quality into a steady stream of new clients.
Revive had an Instagram page with 847 followers and hadn't posted in 3 months. Competitor salons in Westlands were showing up in local search and hashtags — Revive wasn't.

Full social media and competitor audit. We analysed the top 5 Westlands salons on Instagram, identified content gaps, and built Revive's content strategy around 5 pillars: transformations, education, behind-the-scenes, promotions, and client stories.
Designed a full branded template library — 12 reusable graphic templates in Revive's colours. Built the 30-day content calendar and wrote captions for every post. Optimised the Instagram bio, highlights, and Google Business Profile.
Published 3× per week on Instagram and Facebook. Managed DMs and comments daily. Launched a targeted Instagram ad campaign (KES 8,000/month spend) targeting women aged 22–45 within 5km of the salon.
Doubled down on transformation posts — the highest-performing content type. Introduced a "Book via DM" CTA across all posts. Ran a referral campaign that generated 14 bookings from existing clients bringing new ones.
